August Weddings 2009

Well we still have 1 more wedding for this month but it has been too long since I have posted new pictures. We are gearing up for an awesome labor day weekend with 6 fabulous weddings. We have some really interesting flowers and colors coming in for that weekend so plan on seeing some great pictures in the next coouple weeks. Here are just a few of some of our wedding from this month so far…

Plum Callas and White Bovardia for the bride in a sweet nosegay. For the bridesmaids Lavender Roses and White Bovardia for a complimentary look.

The woven blades of bear grass add just a touch of whimsy to these sweet hand tied bouquets. The bride’s features shades of blues and purples with hydrangea, delphinium, lisianthus and roses. The bridesmaids are simply stunning ivory roses.

How fun are these Gerbera Daisy centerpieces? Bold colors and the clean lines of a cube vase make this look vivid and sophisticated.

Romantic. These soft and sweet pinks and ivories were just perfect for the elegant setting at the Allerton Mansion. So many flowers comprised these bouquets – stock, dendrobium orchids, ranunculus, mini callas. But my favorite by far was the white cymbidium orchids with delicate blush throats that tied everything together.

The green bouquet is primarily Jade Roses with a Bells of Ireland cascade. Gypsophila (the bride’s favorite) and Italian Ruscus fill out the bouquet.  This was a unique twist on the roses and baby’s breath classic.
